Wild Bacon in Lake Ozark, MO, is an eclectic full-service restaurant, dishing up farm-to-table breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Overlooking the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, Wild Bacon offers a vibrant atmosphere with indoor/outdoor seating and a new display kitchen where hungry guests can watch the culinary magic unfold.
Wild Bacon features a mouth-watering menu that incorporates a vast array of unique, made-from-scratch ingredients you won’t find anywhere else at the lake. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls are heavenly and made fresh daily. A few of the signature entrées include Wild Bacon’s Border Benny, Candied Blueberry Bacon Pancakes, Stuffed Bacon French Toast, Louisiana Omelet, Goat Cheese Salad, Gypsy Chicken Sandwich, Yellow Fin Tuna Melt, and Wild Bacon’s Mac & Cheese. Owner, Ryan Brick says, “I consider myself a quasi-foodie and this Mac & Cheese is a home run – definitely one of my favorites!”
For those with busy schedules, the menu also offers tasty “on the move” breakfast options, including gluten-free house-made granola and a delicious cinnamon vanilla yogurt.
Farm-to-Table Fresh Foods
All of the savory bacon is made in-house. Imported from Marshall Missouri, pork bellies are hand rubbed with a variety of herbs and spices, then cured no less than seven days before being smoked and topped with signature ingredients to create the perfect bacon. Seven varieties of bacon are available and prove to be the key ingredient in various signature menu items.
